General Home Repairs & Service.

The scoped-visit list. Drywall, tile, minor MEP, small carpentry. Fixed-bid per visit under Aldo’s own trade licenses — not a handyman with an LLC and no permit path. Minimum charge applies. Same-day scheduling when the calendar allows.

Why owners pick Dellamano for general home repairs

The reason to call a licensed contractor for the small stuff.

01Licensed, not unlicensed

Every trade under Aldo’s own state licenses. If the repair turns out to need a permit, we can pull one on the spot — not send you to another contractor.

02Fixed-bid per visit

Written scope and price before we start. No hourly-billing surprises stacked at the end of the day.

03Same-day when possible

Small repairs on the calendar the day you call — when the schedule allows. Not a two-week wait for a $200 job.

04One contractor for everything

The homeowner rolodex problem in reverse. One number covers the leaky faucet AND the future addition — you already have a relationship.

Frequently asked

General Home Repairs · the questions Aldo answers every week.

Is there a minimum charge for a service visit?

Yes. Every visit has a minimum charge to cover show-up time and truck stock — ask when you call and we’ll be transparent up front. Larger scoped visits (half-day or full-day) are priced as a fixed-bid, not hourly.

Do you fix things you didn’t install?

Absolutely. Most repair calls are on existing work. We’ll write a fixed-bid before touching anything so you know exactly what the repair costs.

Same-day scheduling — really?

When the calendar allows. Small scoped repairs (faucet, toilet, drywall patch, tile) usually have a same-day slot Monday through Friday. Emergencies (active leak, no power to a critical circuit) get prioritized.

If the repair turns out to be bigger than expected, what happens?

We stop, re-scope with you, and quote the expanded work as a written change order. Nothing gets billed above the original fixed-bid without your signature first.
