Outdoor Living · Entertainment Areas

Outdoor Entertainment Areas.

Seating. Dining. Bar. Weatherproof TVs. Audio. WiFi. Shade. Built as one integrated experience — not eight subcontractors showing up on eight different Tuesdays. Eight-to-sixteen-week typical scope for a full build.

What's included · what's not

The full entertainment-area scope in writing.

An outdoor room isn’t a patio with a TV. It’s shade for the display, WiFi for the audio, weatherproof outlets for the appliances, low-voltage for the lighting scenes, and a plan for how it all works together at 8 PM in October. Every line lives in the fixed-bid proposal. Timeline: 8–16 weeks typical.

  • Site walk + spatial layout plan
  • Structural shade (pergola / roof / lanai)
  • Custom seating & dining zones
  • Outdoor bar / grill / prep area
  • Outdoor-rated TV install (SunBrite / Séura)
  • Outdoor speaker system (Sonos / Origin)
  • Weatherproof mesh WiFi extension

Why owners pick Dellamano for entertainment builds

The reason an outdoor room actually feels finished.

01Single point of coordination

Structural, hardscape, MEP, and low-voltage AV all sequenced on the same crew calendar — not eight subcontractors on eight schedules.

02Weatherproof done right

Outdoor-rated TVs, IP66 speakers, marine-grade audio wiring, weatherproof outlets in the right spots — not a regular TV that dies at first rainy season.

03Real WiFi coverage

Mesh access points wired back to the network, not a range extender parked on the pool coping. Streaming and smart controls work every time.

04Fixed-bid, never T&M

Every line signed at contract. No allowance games. Change orders require your signature before any work happens.

Frequently asked

Entertainment Areas · the questions Aldo answers every week.

Can you install outdoor TVs and speakers that actually survive South Florida?

Yes — but only with true outdoor-rated equipment. SunBrite / Séura for TVs, Sonos Outdoor or Origin Acoustics for speakers, IP66-rated everything, and mounted under shade or in a weatherproof enclosure. A regular indoor TV mounted outside will die in one rainy season.

Do you extend home WiFi to cover the outdoor area?

Every time. Outdoor entertainment areas need a real WiFi signal for TVs, speakers, and guest devices. We install weatherproof mesh access points wired back to the main network — not a range extender bounced off the pool coping.

How long does a full outdoor entertainment build take?

Eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope. A partial refresh with new seating, TV, and audio is closer to eight. A full build with pergola, outdoor kitchen, hardscape, fire feature, and AV is closer to sixteen. Every fixed-bid commits to a specific window in writing.

Can you integrate the outdoor space with the existing whole-house smart system?

Yes. Lutron, Control4, Savant, Sonos, HomeKit — we tie outdoor lighting, audio, and video into the same controller stack the house already uses. One remote, one app, one experience.
