Fire Features.
Gas fire pits. Fireplaces. Fire bowls. Fire tables. Gas lines run from the meter, electronic ignition, code-compliant clearances, and integrated with your outdoor kitchen and seating area — not a portable prop dropped on the patio. Two-to-five-week typical scope.

The reason a fire feature actually gets inspected.
01In-house plumbing license
Gas runs, sizing, and pressure tests done by Aldo’s own crew under Florida CFC #1434398 — not a landscaper subbing out to “his gas guy.”
02Permit & pressure test
Every hard-piped install pulls the plumbing permit and passes a code-inspected pressure test — the shortcut that gets skipped is the one that voids your homeowner’s insurance.
03Integrated with the space
Fire features work best when they anchor the seating area — not sit awkwardly on the pool coping. We design the placement with the whole outdoor room in view.
04Fixed-bid, never T&M
Every line signed at contract, including trench depth, pipe size, and enclosure spec. No allowance games.
Fire Features · the questions Aldo answers every week.
Natural gas or propane fire features?
If the house has a gas meter, natural gas is almost always the right call — no tank to swap, unlimited runtime, and cleaner integration. Propane is fine for detached or remote installs, but the tank has to sit somewhere and get refilled. We walk both options with you before scoping.
Do fire features need a permit in Broward or Palm Beach?
Any hard-piped gas fire feature needs a plumbing permit and inspection. Portable propane bowls don’t. Because Aldo personally holds Florida’s Plumbing Contractor license (#CFC1434398), we pull the permit, run the gas line, and pass the pressure test — all in the fixed bid.
Can you build a fire feature into an existing patio or hardscape?
Yes. We saw-cut the paver or slab as needed, trench the gas line back to the meter, set the burner and enclosure, and rebuild the surrounding hardscape so the seams disappear. Existing patios are a common install pattern.
How long does a fire feature install take?
Two to five weeks depending on scope and gas-run distance. A drop-in fire bowl on an existing patio is closer to two; a full outdoor fireplace with stone veneer and chimney is closer to five. Every fixed-bid commits to a specific window in writing.
