What information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the fields you provide voluntarily: name, email address, phone number, project city, project type, and message text. We do not collect payment information through this site.
Our web server logs standard request metadata — IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and requested URL — for security and operational purposes. Logs are retained for up to 90 days.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral trackers on this site.
How we use it
- Responding to your inquiry. Everything you submit through the contact form is used to reply to you and schedule a walk-through or estimate.
- Project coordination. If we engage on a project, we retain your contact information to coordinate scheduling, permit applications, inspections, and warranty correspondence.
- Legal & financial recordkeeping. Contract-related information is retained per Florida state requirements for licensed contractors (typically 4+ years after project completion).
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We share information only in these narrow cases:
- Municipal permit authorities — property address and owner-of-record details are required for permit applications. This is public record once submitted.
- Vendors performing project work — when needed (specialty vendors like stone fabricators, appliance installers), we share only what they need to deliver.
- Legal authorities — if compelled by a valid subpoena, court order, or Florida state licensing investigation.
Your rights
You can request that we delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Exceptions: information required for active contracts, permits, or state-mandated recordkeeping cannot be deleted until those obligations expire.
You can also request a copy of what we have on file for you — we’ll respond within 30 days.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide a phone number and consent to text communication about your project, standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or phone contact required for active project coordination.
Children
This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make substantive changes to how we handle information, we’ll update the “last reviewed” date at the top of this page and, if the changes materially affect prior submissions, we’ll email active clients directly.
