Why owners pick Dellamano for bathrooms

The reason a spa bathroom actually feels like one.

01Plumbing + electrical in-house

Drain moves, dedicated circuits, and GFCI adds are self-performed under Aldo’s own trade licenses — not sub-of-a-sub.

02Real waterproofing

Full membrane systems (Schluter or comparable) — not the “paint the drywall and pray” approach that fails at year three.

03Fixed-bid, never T&M

Every line signed at contract. No allowance games. Change orders require your signature before any work happens.

04One warranty conversation

One contractor, one signature, one number to call if a fixture leaks or a tile shifts later.

Frequently asked

Bathroom Remodeling · the questions Aldo answers every week.

How long does a typical South Florida bathroom remodel take?

Four to eight weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Master baths on the longer end, powder rooms on the shorter. Every fixed-bid commits to a specific window in writing.

Do you handle relocating plumbing and electrical for a new bathroom layout?

Yes. Because Aldo personally holds Florida’s Plumbing (CFC1434398) and Electrical (EC13015530) licenses, drain relocations, new water lines, dedicated circuits, and GFCI additions are priced into the fixed bid and self-performed.

Can you build a curbless walk-in shower on a slab foundation?

Yes. Curbless showers on slab require either recessed drainage (cut into the slab and re-poured) or a raised finish floor across the room. Both approaches are engineered and permitted.

Do you install radiant floor heat in South Florida bathrooms?

Regularly. Electric radiant mat under stone or porcelain tile is common in master baths — the tile is otherwise cold on winter mornings. Wired to a dedicated circuit and programmable thermostat.
