Custom Cabinetry & Built-Ins.
Kitchen cabinets. Wine walls. Media walls. Closet systems. Rift oak, walnut, painted MDF, high-gloss lacquer. Integrated lighting, soft-close hardware, appliance-ready openings — drawn, built, and installed under one signature.
The full cabinetry scope in writing before we cut a single door.

The reason a wall of built-ins actually reads as one piece.
01Real shop drawings
Elevations, section details, and a hardware schedule you sign off on before a single sheet of plywood is cut. No “we’ll figure it out on site.”
02Hardware named on the bid
Blum, Häfele, and specific pull SKUs by number — not “quality soft-close.” What we specify is what shows up.
03Electrical + LED in-house
Cabinet lighting needs a dedicated dimmable circuit. Because Aldo holds the Electrical Contractor license (EC #13015530), it’s in the bid — not a change order later.
04One warranty conversation
Cabinetry + electrical + finish under one signature. No shop-vs.-installer finger-pointing when a drawer sags at year two.
Custom Cabinetry · the questions Aldo answers every week.
What’s the lead time on custom cabinetry after signing?
Four to ten weeks in the shop, then one to two weeks on-site for install, scribe, and trim. Painted MDF and stock-species doors are on the faster end; rift oak, walnut, and exotic veneers with matched grain sequencing are on the longer end. The exact ship date is committed in writing at contract.
Do you draw the cabinetry or work off my designer’s shop drawings?
Both. If you’re working with a kitchen designer or architect, we build to their approved shop drawings. If you’re not, we produce elevations and section details for your sign-off before anything is cut. Either way, the doors, drawers, hardware, and finishes are named in the fixed bid.
What hardware do you specify for high-end cabinets?
Blum or Häfele soft-close for hinges and drawer slides on every drawer and door as standard. Undermount full-extension drawer glides. Push-latch on handleless designs. Integrated LED strips under uppers and inside display uppers, run to a dedicated dimmable circuit.
Can you integrate appliances and refrigeration into a built-in wall?
Yes — Sub-Zero column refrigerators, Wolf ovens, wine columns, coffee stations, ice makers, and undercounter refrigeration are common in our media walls and butler’s pantries. We coordinate the plumbing rough-in, dedicated circuits, and vent runs before the cabinets go in.
